Here are some tips to help resolve issues faster:

• Please state your order number if you need assistance with an order.
  Example: #123_25
• Include pictures if the items were damaged during transportation. (not possible through this form at the moment, please send an individual E-mail to: z.ylk@gmx.de)
• Question about shipping? Please consult the Shipping section first
  
• Where is my order? You should have received an E-mail from DHL with your shipping information. If there is a problem, please contact the shipping provider currently handling your order. If you still need my help with anything, contact me.
  
• Please be polite, I understand the frustration, when there is a problem with an order, but most issues can be resolved easily and I am happy to help :)
