Shipping To USA Currently NOT Possible!!

As of August 25th my shipping provider DHL (and all other shipping provider available to me) have suspended shipping to the USA.
The suspension is meant to be temporary and DHL is working tirelessly on a solution according to their own statement.
I will update as soon as the suspension has been lifted.
